A 1969 Western Union telegram for an escaped patient, 1 emergency medical tag, 1 patients’ store ticket, 1 newspaper coupon for Rainbow car wash, 1 telephone memorandum, 3 sticker property tags, 1 metal property tag.
These papers and tags were salvaged years ago prior to the hospital’s demolition/reuse. I have a few of these lots available so the one you get might have slight wording or number variations on the paperwork and tags, but will be the same year and content.
