1931 Utica Steam Mohawk Valley Cotton Mill, Utica New York letterhead to Willard State Hospital. Some holes from being in a binder, light folding lines, and age marks but overall good condition for age and location found. Paper salvaged from the abandoned Willard State Hospital many years ago.
